  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Processing Time: In-stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared, unless otherwise noted.
  • Tracking: USPS tracking information is provided for all domestic packages.

Shipping Address
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address to avoid delays. If there's any discrepancy or if you’d like your order shipped to a different address, please leave a note in the "Note to Seller" section during checkout.

Insurance

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Includes $100 insurance.
  • USPS Priority Flat-Rate Envelopes and Boxes: Include $100 insurance for the value of your purchase.
  • If your order exceeds these amounts and you'd like additional insurance to cover the full value of your items, please contact us to arrange this. We offer additional insurance for a small fee.

Responsibility and Risk
Once your package is handed over to USPS, we no longer have control over delivery times or any potential damage, delay, or loss during shipment. In the event that USPS misplaces your package, we will assist in initiating a search with the postal service, but we do not refund or reship orders lost or wrongly delivered due to USPS errors.

For full protection of your order, we recommend purchasing insurance. Without insurance, the buyer assumes all risk for loss or damage during shipment.
