Refund Policy
Please note that this return policy applies to fabric products only. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all plant sales are final and non-returnable.
If you have any questions or concerns upon receiving your plants, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos so we can assist you.

If you are unsatisfied with your item upon receiving it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for items returned in brand new, unused condition. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. To ensure your return is eligible, please contact us at info@hawkridgefabrics.com.
Return Eligibility (for fabrics only)
We encourage you to inspect your package upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations. If you'd like to return an item, the following conditions apply:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition and in their original packaging if possible.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items returned in un-sellable condition (e.g., cut, washed, dirty, wrinkled, or with odors such as smoke) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Swatches and clearance fabrics are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@hawkridgefabrics.com within 14 days of receiving your item. If your return is accepted, we will instructions for you to send it back to us. Items sent back without prior approval will not be processed.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:
- Orders of less than one yard of fabric.
- Items that have been cut, washed, or altered.
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately (or within 48 hours) and take pictures of the original shipping package along with the product to help us better understand the situation. We will resolve the issue, including covering return shipping if we are at fault.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item in acceptable condition. You will be refunded via your original payment method. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Buyer Agreement & Policy for Clivia and Other Plants
Healthy Delivery Guarantee
Healthy delivery is guaranteed. If a plant arrives dead or severely damaged, please contact me within 8 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Post-Arrival Responsibility
Once the plant has been delivered safely, the buyer assumes responsibility for its care. I cannot guarantee plant performance or survival after arrival, as growing conditions vary.
Genetic Variation of Clivia
Clivia grown from seed are subject to natural genetic variation. Bloom color, shape, and other characteristics are not guaranteed to be identical to the parent plant, even when self-pollinated. Only vegetatively propagated offsets will grow true to type.
